  Manase Keith Chipako -  Acting Deputy Registrar Administration

Manase Keith Chipako is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development, primarily within the health sector. He has held key leadership roles including Acting Deputy Registrar – Administration and Manager of HR & Administration at the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ). Chipako has also served in various capacities at the Ministry of Health and Churches Health Association of Zambia, contributing significantly to HR restructuring, recruitment of health workers, and HR strategy development. He holds a BA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is pursuing an MBA in Management Strategy. Certified in HR disciplines, he is a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management and has received multiple awards recognizing his dedication and hard work. His skills encompass strategic HR management, performance management systems, and talent development, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving human resource practices in Zambia's health sector. He serve as a member of the inspections and compliance committee for the Zambia institute of human resource Management (ZHRIM)

Administration Department

The Administration department of the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) manages the day-to-day operations and affairs of the Council under the supervision of the Registar. It is responsible for executing administrative functions that support the Council's mandate to regulate health practitioners, license health facilities, accredit healthcare services, and oversee training programs for health professionals. The department facilitates organizational governance, coordination, and implementation of policies and programs to ensure effective service delivery within the Council. It also oversees human resources, information technology development, and general administrative support to enable smooth functioning of the HPCZ. The Deputy Registrar- Administration heads this department and ensures compliance with directives from the Council and Ministry of Health
